Flutter Bluetooth Connection w/ Arduino Device

Hi, I am making a Flutter project that communicates with a Bluetooth device. I want to be able to make it to where the Flutter app can communicate to an Android phone or iPhone.

My idea is that the Flutter app can send data through Bluetooth to an Arduino Device. That Arduino device will need Arduino code to transfer data from Flutter to Arduino device.

So the data flow will be a one-way flow going like:
Flutter -> Phone’s Bluetooth -> Arduino Code -> Arduino Device

I have seen things online where people connect Flutter with Arduino, but those use a cloud service. I do not want to have to use a Cloud Service; I want to be able to transfer the data through Bluetooth. Please let me know if anyone has any ideas. Thanks
